    • Coverage: These components are covered under the manufacturer's warranties provided with your kit.

  2. Structure and Hardware
    • Coverage: Sunniva Solar warrants that the structure and hardware components (excluding solar panels and inverters) of your kit will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
    • Duration: 3 years from the date of purchase.
    • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
      • Improper installation
      • Misuse or neglect
      • Unauthorized modifications
      • Acts of nature (e.g., lightning, wind, hail)
  3. Shipping Damage
    • Coverage: Any parts damaged during shipping will be replaced free of charge.
    • Duration: Claims must be reported within 30 days of receiving the kit.

Exclusions
